LIFE SKILL ACTIVITIES

We facilitate physical, mental and emotional well being of individuals and enable them to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of every day life, by conducting life skill activities during subject teaching of different subjects. Life skills help the students to improve their personal and social qualities such as self esteem, compassion, respect, confidence etc.

The classes are divided into groups for conducting the activities thus they also help in building inter personal relationships among the students.

ORIENTATION PROGRAMME

“Without inspiration the best powers of the mind remain dormant. There is a fuel in every child which needs to be ignited with sparks.”

The school keeps its teachers abreast with the latest developments in their particular subjects and teaching methodology by organizing workshops and orientations programme periodically. The workshops are conducted by highly experienced members of the school inspection department. These workshops equip the teachers to recognize and identify the potential inherent in each child and elicit the best in him/her

The teachers regularly attend workshops conducted by CBSE resource persons to update themselves with the latest changes brought about by CBSE.

Under this program, the school conducts various activities that not only sensitise the students against substance abuse but also fosters in them a healthy attitude that enables them to deal effectively with gender stereotypes and prejudices.
